At HCLTech, I provide 24x7 L1/L2 production support for Becton Dickinson workload automation jobs using BMC Control-M.
I monitor end-to-end job execution across test and production platforms, resolve failures and scheduling delays, and perform root cause analysis to help prevent recurring issues. I also create and schedule jobs, configure dependencies, parameters, and alerts, and perform AJF actions including rerun, order, hold, free, Force OK, kill, delete, and resubmit.
I work closely with application and business teams to align job dependencies and operational requirements while managing SLA breach notifications and ServiceNow incidents.
I maintain accurate shift handovers, SharePoint records, and daily and weekly reports covering job performance, incidents, resolutions, and SLA compliance.
