I led LATAM Facilities Management transition initiatives at dsm-firmenich following a corporate merger, supporting a global operating model across five or more countries. I coordinated process mapping, knowledge transfer, governance, documentation, and regional stakeholder alignment to strengthen service delivery.

At DSM, I led knowledge management for a Global HR Services Center in India and provided interim leadership to a remote team of eight data analysts. I built knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, skill matrices, workshops, training, and transfer practices that improved consistency, accessibility, collaboration, and operational efficiency.

I've also coordinated Mexico payroll integration, created Power BI dashboards with 98% data accuracy, and developed a leave-request prototype that reduced processing time by 30%. My work spans HR data quality, migrations, digitalization, change initiatives, and global collaboration across LATAM, Asia, EMEA, and the Americas.
