What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity to contribute to organizational growth by using my communication skills, teamwork, and accuracy to handle responsibilities efficiently and support teams in meeting daily/weekly targets.

I’m a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle responsibilities efficiently. I’m skilled in teamwork, maintain accuracy in all tasks, and consistently support reaching daily and weekly targets.

In my 3 years of experience as a Senior Process Associate at Allianze Infosoft, I worked with Dealer image pro, helping auto dealers achieve a faster time to market and a better customer experience for increased conversions. I monitored workflow, allocated tasks, and supported team members to keep the team aligned and productive.

Alongside my operations experience, I’m building my technical foundation through a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA (currently pursuing). I also developed a Voice Controlled Home Automation project using Arduino and a Bluetooth module in Proteus to control an AC light and DC fan via voice commands on a mobile application, improving accessibility and automation efficiency.
