I seek a collaborative, data-driven product role where I can own end-to-end product lifecycle, deliver user-centric SaaS solutions, and drive sustainable growth.

I turn ideas into products and products into measurable value. As a product manager, I combine strategic thinking, customer empathy, and ownership to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

I lead full product lifecycles—from market research and user analysis to design, development, launch, and iteration. I’ve managed products including a QR Code Generator, WhatsApp Ordering System, Digital Loyalty platforms, and EdTech solutions, prioritizing user personas and product analytics.

In operations and customer-facing roles I handled 200+ client records, improved retention, automated workflows, and built Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions. I also streamlined billing and cash-flow tracking and authored SOPs to standardize processes.

I hold a Distinction master’s with a full scholarship and multiple certifications in CRM, project management, and digital marketing. I lead with empathy, decide with data, and thrive in teams building products that matter.
