What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run command-center monitoring or security operations while supporting people with practical resources, clear communication, and accurate documentation—so teams stay protected and members get the help they need.

In my current role as a Command Center Officer, I monitor Desigo/Insight systems, including chiller/air handler alarms and 100+ CCTV video cameras. I notify maintenance when alarms are enabled and help control building access by activating/deactivating Merck employee ID badges for entry.

I also support operational continuity by confirming mobile security officer checkpoints, building access for hourly patrols, and key return at end of shift. When contractors are working, I activate fire alarm impairments for the affected sections and contact Simplex with the time, area, and type of work.

Before this, I worked as a Community Health Worker and as a Security Officer, then started in Medicare customer service roles. Across these experiences, I’ve handled urgent member issues, coordinated eligibility and move-in dates, followed up 7–30 days after discharge, and kept processes accurate through documentation and spreadsheet updates.
