What I'm looking for
I’m a Service Operations Specialist (Level 1 Support) with a TS/SCI interim clearance and strong customer-first instincts. I review incoming incidents for instances of gunfire, explosions, and other sounds, then makefication decisions with a high level of accuracy.
I relay the necessary information to law enforcement agencies for dispatching and responding to the incident. I follow Incident Review Center’s workflow, policies and procedures, monitor status and report errors, faulty equipment, logs, and other metrics, and escalate as necessary.
My security background includes supporting CI through foreign disclosure, personnel security, information and industrial security, and automation security. I also conducted CI threat assessments, created CI and security plans and procedures for handling classified information, and produced written reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
In addition, I’ve worked as an Infrastructure Analyst supporting surveillance camera compliance in server rooms, escorting Pentagon tenants and vendors, supporting authorized power and HVAC outages, and operating server room rack security systems. I generate daily reports, process and close tickets through Remedy systems, and support IT operations with Microsoft Office, remote access, and desktop-support style workflows—always focused on accurate, timely resolution.
