I’m a customer service and retail operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and high-volume interactions. In my current role as a Customer Service Representative, I manage incoming calls efficiently, prioritize follow-up tasks, and focus on consistently resolving issues to protect customer satisfaction.

As an Assistant Store Manager, I oversee daily retail operations and help maintain high standards of customer service. I support the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and operational objectives, assist with staff training and development, and contribute to store maintenance, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
