At Off Broadway Shoes, I assist with day-to-day store operations and help staff meet service, sales, and operational objectives. I provide training and guidance to team members.
I also support inventory control, merchandising, and store procedures, including opening and closing. When the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent, I assume responsibility for store operations.
At Nordstorm Rack, I prepared online orders, handled customer service, and helped unload and merchandise incoming products. I also scanned, priced, and labeled new items.
In other retail roles, I assisted customers with product and service choices, processed purchases and returns, and handled stocking and loss prevention tasks.
