Customer Success and Account Management professional with over six years of progressive experience at Solutech Limited, a SaaS company operating across Africa. I grew from Customer Support through Account Management to a senior Trainer and Onboarding Specialist role, managing 20+ B2B accounts across FMCG, pharmaceutical, distribution, and marketing agency clients.

My work spans the full client lifecycle from on-boarding, training, retention, renewals, and expansion — coordinating cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and QA teams to deliver consistently strong client outcomes. I also identified a gap in internal training infrastructure and designed a Learning Management System prototype using Figma that was subsequently implemented company wide.
