I seek a role that combines operations and technical leadership where I can optimize workflows, drive measurable performance improvements, and grow my ML and full‑stack expertise in a collaborative environment.

I am a dynamic Operations Manager with three years of related experience, currently driving performance reporting and project tracking at Rayneddy Innovations in Nairobi. I streamline operational workflows, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery while working within software development lifecycles.

I build constructive relationships with staff, leadership, vendors, and suppliers to maintain seamless service delivery and improve team performance. I analyze and report key performance metrics to senior management, turning data into actionable insights that support business growth.
