At KNEW IT, I led a team of five developers building a production CRM for an EdTech school. I proposed and carried out a migration from legacy React to SvelteKit 2 and Svelte 5, cutting page load times by about 27%.

I also optimized core APIs with Redis caching and WebSockets, reducing server response latency by about 32%. I designed and maintained CI/CD pipelines and Docker Compose infrastructure for production deployments.

At OINGO, I co-founded and led development of a PC club operations platform serving five clubs across Almaty. Its web, mobile, and Windows kiosk products connect to one backend, with an offline-fallback server that reduced downtime incidents.
