• Manage the Corporate website (and product sites) with respect to design and content.
• Audit, Recommend, and Maintain the Corporate website (and product sites) for accuracy, visibility, and performance.
• Maintain dashboards of all the websites while monitoring the performance and suggest strategies to improvise the overall impact.
• Maintain a detailed project tracker for the Web portfolio.

• Manage day-to-day delivery of creative marketing deliverables such as advertising and promotion activities including online, digital media, and programs for multiple product lines, various domains, and territories.
• Coordinate and execute digital content for Website, Blog, Social Media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), and digital campaigns from different stakeholders.

• Lead the Core Communication Services which included digital platforms and team operations such as Budgeting, Headcount, Seating, Vendor management, Reporting, Processes, Software Licenses, and L&D needs for the team.
• Support the creation and distribution of stakeholder and leadership communication including webcast mails, and executive announcements.

• Lead the creative & webmaster functions (prioritizing, planning, managing projects) by working with cross-functional teams and ensuring correct branding across global departments.
• Set up creative tools & processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity while continually adding to and maintaining new marketing/communication platforms and assets.
