What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level or associate HR role where I can apply recruitment lifecycle management, candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder communication.

I've supported recruitment and HR operations through internships at HireGenie Talent Cloud, MRR IT Services, Outpace Consulting, and NPM Recruitment.

I source candidates across job portals, niche platforms, referrals, and internal databases; screen resumes; conduct preliminary telephonic interviews; and coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring teams. I've also maintained ATS records, recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, HR documentation, attendance data, and employee databases.

I'm looking to bring my foundation in talent acquisition, onboarding coordination, HR consulting support, and stakeholder communication to an entry-level or associate HR role.
