What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR recruitment opportunity where I can manage and strengthen end-to-end hiring, support candidate-friendly processes, and grow my talent acquisition skills using ATS and recruitment coordination tools.

I'm currently supporting recruitment at Orangeshark, managing job descriptions, sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, feedback tracking, and follow-ups through joining.

I've posted roles on Naukri, LinkedIn, and Foundit, managed recruitment for client and internal roles, and maintained candidate data in recruitment trackers. Previously at Sykam Group, I supported hiring from job posting and screening through background verification and onboarding initiation.

I use Zoho ATS, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to keep recruitment coordinated and candidate-friendly.
