What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can use accurate record management, technology troubleshooting, and reference skills to help people navigate resources and solve problems.

At Cincinnati Public Library of Hamilton County, I help customers find resources through readers' advisory and reference work while maintaining accurate, accessible collections.

I've spent six years managing and updating item and customer records in an Integrated Library System. I troubleshoot phones, laptops, desktops, printers, point-of-sale machines, and tablets, and guide customers through job searches, resume creation, and technology navigation.

My customer service background also includes Kroger, Panera Bread, and Nada, where I learned to work accurately, follow standards, respond to customer needs, and support a welcoming environment.
