At Who's Next Shpk, I design and maintain regex-based spam and fraud detection systems for a high-volume digital platform, including multilingual patterns for Albanian, English, and Italian content.
I build structural obfuscation detectors, refine moderation policies and risk-scoring rules, and work with systems engineering to test and deploy detection logic across PostgreSQL and MySQL platforms. I also monitor emerging abuse patterns and support consistent day-to-day content review operations.
My earlier IT support work built a hands-on foundation in hardware and software troubleshooting, LAN/WLAN networking, server cabling, remote support, and basic server administration. I'm motivated to continue growing in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, networking, and IT management.
