What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity to build more professional experience while working with a team in a fast-paced environment—supporting customers and patients accurately, especially where confidentiality and clear communication matter.

I’ve been on the front line of patient and guest support in New York, handling high call volume and keeping records accurate while resolving issues quickly and professionally.

At New York Bone and Joint Specialists, I led a team of 3 customer service representatives, monitored performance, and coordinated with cross-functional partners to handle escalated patient concerns.

Before that, I supported intake and discharge workflows as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant at DocGo, registering guests in computer systems, directing people to the right resources, and maintaining confidentiality.

Since April 2025, I’ve been working as a Substitute Paraprofessional with the New York City Department of Education—prepping classrooms, assisting students and small groups, and supporting therapists in school settings.
