Senior individual-contributor Customer Success, Principal, Strategic, or Business Critical CSM scope, owning named enterprise accounts where downtime carries a commercial cost. I want depth and scope, not headcount: building the reporting layer, not requesting it. Fully remote, EMEA hours with US Eastern overlap. Not early-career or people-management scope.

Enterprise CSM for business-critical accounts in telco and banking. $800K portfolio, 90%+ retention. Remote — EMEA with US Eastern overlap.
What I'm looking for
Enterprise Customer Success and service delivery for organizations where IT downtime is measured in revenue, not tickets. Ten years managing business-critical accounts across telecommunications, financial services, infrastructure, and utilities — including tier-1 banking and telecommunications operators in Türkiye, the largest institutions in that market. At Arctera (formerly Veritas Technologies): an $800K renewals portfolio held above 90% retention.
The work is proactive rather than reactive. It starts at onboarding and runs through upgrade planning, disaster recovery testing, environment health checks, and tailored remote training — surfacing problems before they become incidents.
I built the reporting layer that makes that possible: Power BI, Microsoft Lists, and Power Automate giving one view of account health, renewal status, and open escalations. Emergency on-site visits went from one to three a year to zero. Most of what I do well is invisible when it works.
One engineering manager described my role to his own team as the number you call when something breaks. That's the standard I hold myself to.
Before IT, a decade in maritime operations. Unusual path, but incident response is incident response — escalation patterns, stakeholder pressure, and the discipline of a closed-loop handover transfer directly. Cross-domain experience is how I recognize a failure mode before it has a name in a new environment.
How I work:
- Own the technical relationship for named enterprise accounts - onboarding, renewals, escalations, executive reviews
- Translate between C-level stakeholders and engineering teams without losing precision in either direction
- Run the operational cadence that keeps critical environments predictable
- Close the loop: if it lands on my desk, it doesn't get forwarded — it gets resolved, or escalated with an owner attached
