Carried the account base through the Veritas–Arctera separation, during which the portfolio repriced from $800,000 to $300,000 as base-tier pricing was withdrawn. Role eliminated with the closure of Business Critical Services following the Cloud Software Group acquisition.

Senior Principal CSM for Business Critical Services across NetBackup, Enterprise Vault, and InfoScale — banking, telecom, infrastructure. Renewals portfolio just under $800,000 at over 90% retention. Built a regional voice-of-customer program that drove ~20 requirements into the roadmap over 18 months; ~15 shipped. Power BI instrumentation took emergency on-site visits from 1–3 a year to zero.

Member of the Council of Technology Advisors, previously the Council of Transport Advisors. Advised multinational clients including McKinsey on technology and transport-sector questions. Concurrent with the Veritas tenure.

Worked as a freelance IT consultant and technical writer, including writing for Web Hosting Geeks. Planned infrastructure for small to medium-sized businesses and developed Microsoft training/testing materials for Certiport, Inc. under contract.

Architected the company's information infrastructure and built its corporate knowledge base, "Arkpedia" — over 20 internal training books brought online with content enrichment, divided into bite-size units with site-wide search. Launched collaboration and document management on SharePoint 2013 as the Arkas Academy Portal. Managed the corporate learning simulation game for new joiners.

Migrated monitoring and configuration management from CA products to Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Configuration Manager, and deployed System Center Virtual Machine Manager as the company moved toward its own private cloud. Windows and Linux platforms, Remote Desktop Services, VDI, Active Directory, Hyper-V, backup administration, patch management, and ITIL service management.

Directed liner, tramp, and transit vessel agency operations across all Marmara Sea regions including the Turkish Straits — cargo allocation, ship supply, and all ship husbandry services. Designed a document management system generating $300,000 in annual savings. Established and ran the Dangerous Cargo Office (2007–09). Authored the IMDG Code Guide and a steel coils cargo handbook.

Contract undertaken during MBA studies: built a searchable ASP intranet database cataloguing the company's printed material. Scope extended to architecting Geographical Information System (GIS) data before handover to the IT department.

Worked on a contract at S&B Minerals in Athens while studying for an MBA, building a database to catalog printed material and making it searchable via company intranet using ASP. Expanded the scope to include cataloging GIS data and helped architect it to fit the company’s information architecture before handing it to the IT department.
