I am a senior IT professional with 15 years of experience in enterprise application operations, production support, operational readiness, service delivery, and software testing & QA across telecommunications and banking environments.

At Vodafone Türkiye, I held operational and technical ownership of mission-critical Value Added Services (VAS) and the Common User Repository (CUR), an Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE / Oracle LDAP) platform supporting 22 million subscriber records. My responsibilities included production operations, operational readiness, controlled deployments and go-live activities, advanced troubleshooting, major incident and problem management, vendor coordination, backup and recovery, and service continuity.

At Vodafone Technology, I deployed, integrated, tested, and supported Value Added Services (VAS) platforms including SMS, USSD, MMSC, SMPP Gateway, and MobileTV, as well as CUR. For CUR, my work included deployment, integration, acceptance, and production transition activities before moving into operational ownership at Vodafone Türkiye. My experience also included UAT, functional, regression, integration, smoke and sanity testing, defect identification, production validation, and L2/L3 support.

Earlier in my career, I worked in production environments at Turkcell and Turkish Halkbank, supporting mediation, transaction management, and middleware platforms including IBM CICS and IBM MQ.

My technical background includes UNIX/AIX, Oracle, SQL, LDAP, ODSEE, shell scripting, IBM MQ/CICS, SOAP/SoapUI, XML, Jira, and telecommunications protocols including SS7, SIGTRAN, and SMPP.

I am currently interested in remote opportunities in Application and Production Support, Application Operations, Operational Readiness, Service Delivery, and Manual QA/UAT, where I can combine hands-on technical experience with a strong focus on service reliability and production quality.
