In my roles, I focus on clear communication, accurate documentation, and being a dependable presence when patients, families, caregivers, and colleagues need help.

As a Patient Safety Attendant, I create clear, accurate documentation on patient status and activity during my shift. I also assist nursing staff with practical needs like transporting patients, delivering equipment and supplies, transporting specimens, delivering patient trays, answering phones, and assisting visitors.

Before that, I worked in customer-facing roles where I ensured a seamless parking experience, assisted customers with payments, and resolved customer complaints independently or with supervisor support. I also helped facilitate the expedient flow of traffic through the facility.

I’m also experienced in security and front-desk responsibilities, providing safety and security procedures, site-specific policy support, and appropriate emergency response activities. I respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving focus, and I continue building on my Security Licenses while supporting community service through volunteer work at a hospital for oncology and newborn care.
