What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue resolving complex production and implementation challenges, collaborating closely with clients and development teams, and improving reliable enterprise products through root cause analysis and proactive support.

I'm currently at Pragma Techs, where I monitor application performance, investigate user-reported issues, and translate findings into actionable bug reports for development teams.

Previously at I2c Inc., I supported enterprise payment platforms for US-based clients including Payfare Inc., Sightline Payments, and Uber Canada. I managed 100+ weekly production support tickets and maintained CSAT above 90% through timely issue resolution.

I use SQL, Informix, Red Hat Linux, logs, and REST/XML APIs to investigate database and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and validate implementations. By resolving recurring issues with permanent fixes, I helped reduce ticket volume by 10–15%.

My earlier Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations work at Confiz included requirements gathering, system configuration, UAT support, functional specifications, and end-user training for McDonald's and ECS projects.
