I'm looking to support distributed teams with structured full-cycle recruitment, cross-border hiring coordination, ATS administration, onboarding, and compliant HR operations.

I'm currently leading HR operations and talent acquisition at IAMBRAND-WORTHY LTD, coordinating sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and workforce planning across consulting, sales, and operational teams.

I manage recruitment pipelines supporting 60+ roles annually and screen 80–120 applications weekly using structured evaluation criteria. I maintain ATS records, hiring dashboards, and GDPR-aware documentation practices.
