What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build CRM, AI automation, and workflow systems that improve lead handling, customer journeys, sales operations, and business processes. I'm open to remote opportunities or relocation.

I design CRM ecosystems, lead-intake workflows, and integrated business systems for clients through Heavens Digital Agency. I've implemented automation solutions for 10+ businesses across engineering, real estate, e-commerce, consumer brands, agencies, and professional services.

For an engineering and real-estate CRM, I architected a unified four-path lead-intake workflow using HubSpot forms, website webhooks, Facebook Lead Ads, and manual CRM entry. I built n8n logic for data normalization, deduplication, enrichment, qualification, routing, contact and opportunity handling, and pipeline progression.

I'm also the Product Lead and Creator of Selfie Canvas, where I built the e-commerce journey and automated operational workflows that generated R400,000+ in revenue. My work combines n8n, HubSpot, Make, Zapier, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and practical AI quality evaluation to make customer lifecycle and sales operations work reliably.
