What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own CRM and workflow automation, build customer journeys and funnels, and implement AI chatbots to reduce manual work and improve customer experience.

I’m a results-driven Digital Operations Specialist focused on designing and implementing the digital systems that power modern service businesses. My work centers on GoHighLevel CRM configuration and management, workflow automation, customer journey design, sales funnel development, and onboarding for membership and community platforms.

I combine a Diploma in Information Technology Management with training from the CAPACITI Artificial Intelligence Programme to deliver automation-first, AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual work and improve customer experience. At ClubSheIs, I was promoted from Digital Operations Intern to Junior Digital Operations Specialist within three months, delivering client-facing website and funnel builds, integrating payment gateways, setting up AI chatbots for enquiry and lead qualification, and onboarding clients end-to-end from CRM setup through go-live.
