I’m looking for an operations role where I can lead multi-unit teams, own P&L and KPI improvements, and drive process efficiencies while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a growth-focused environment.

I’m an Operations Manager with a proven track record supporting daily business operations while coordinating scheduling, communication, and administrative functions in fast-paced, multi-unit environments. I’ve managed operational priorities and problem resolution with a focus on organized workflows and professional handling of sensitive information.

Across multiple brands and 16+ locations, I oversee full operational responsibilities—P&L oversight, payroll processing, budgeting, inventory management, and vendor ordering—while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistently strong client experiences. I analyze operational performance and KPIs to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and profitability.

I also lead HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring leadership teams and support staff. Previously, as a District Manager / Operations Leader, I oversaw 14 locations, managed multi-unit P&L performance, coached leadership teams, and led action plans to improve underperforming locations and drive sales and retention growth.
