I’m looking to lead global learning and performance initiatives—partnering with business leaders to close skill gaps through instructional design, leadership development, and measurable program evaluation. I want a collaborative, mission-focused environment where outcomes drive decisions.

I’m a Global Learning & Development Program Manager and Learning and Performance Consultant with 10+ years of experience partnering with business leaders to identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement learning and performance solutions that improve organizational outcomes.

I lead initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation across corporate, government, and educational environments. In my most recent role, I facilitate instructor-led workshops and stakeholder working sessions, guiding cross-functional groups through discovery, alignment, and capability-building discussions. I conduct Front-End Analysis (FEA) to identify performance gaps and root causes, then recommend learning and non-learning interventions such as performance support tools, workflow improvements, and job aids.
