I’m a Global Learning & Development Program Manager and Learning and Performance Consultant with 10+ years of experience partnering with business leaders to identify performance gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement learning and performance solutions that improve organizational outcomes.

I lead initiatives from needs analysis through implementation and evaluation across corporate, government, and educational environments. I’m recognized for translating complex business challenges into practical, measurable solutions that strengthen employee performance and operational effectiveness.

In my most recent role, I facilitate instructor-led workshops and stakeholder working sessions, guiding cross-functional groups through discovery, alignment, and capability-building discussions. I conduct Front-End Analysis (FEA) to identify performance gaps and root causes, then recommend learning and non-learning interventions such as performance support tools, workflow improvements, and job aids.
