Taylor Richardson

Detail-focused healthcare administration candidate blending compliance, benefits, and patient-centered clinical operations.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Healthcare Administration student seeking an Administrator-in-Training opportunity where I can apply my healthcare compliance expertise, detail-oriented operations mindset, and patient-centered approach.
In my current Benefits Analyst I role, I administer end-to-end leave of absence programs—including FMLA, ADA, state PFML, military, and personal—while ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations. I manage intermittent leave tracking, coordinate return-to-work and fitness-for-duty certifications, and lead employees through the ADA interactive process by partnering with HR Business Partners and Legal to resolve complex cases.
I also connect leave administration with disability claims to maintain accurate concurrent designations, coordinate with payroll and benefits carriers to protect pay status and uninterrupted benefits, and analyze leave utilization data to improve processing accuracy and inform staffing and policy decisions.
Alongside benefits work, I’ve built a strong clinical and long-term care foundation through roles as a Medical Assistant, Medical Assistant Senior, Patient Care Technician, and Concierge/HR Assistant, including documentation in electronic systems, triage and medication reconciliation support, and coordination of visitation schedules in compliance with long-term care guidelines.
