I’m a process improvement and operational excellence leader with 9+ years of experience translating complex operational challenges into practical, outcome-driven solutions. As a “Manager, Continuous Process Improvement,” I partner with directors, senior directors, and C-suite leaders to diagnose cross-functional operational issues and deliver improvement initiatives.
In my current role, I own and operate the Triple E (Empowering Employees to Operational Excellence) program, designing a structured pipeline for employee-driven process improvement with intake, coaching, and execution support using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. I also lead high-priority, cross-departmental improvement initiatives using DMAIC, root cause analysis, and change management to improve efficiency, clarity, and execution, while serving as the organization’s primary Lean Six Sigma SME and mentoring teams in real operational contexts.
I design and deliver Lean Six Sigma training—courses, workshops, and company-wide educational events—to build internal capability and grow a culture of continuous improvement. I create scalable process documentation (SOPs, workflows, process maps, and training materials) to ensure improvements are repeatable and sustainable, and I build executive-ready problem statements, improvement roadmaps, and readouts that enable informed prioritization and decision-making.
