Tayla Huckel
@taylahuckel
I build efficient event operations and client experiences across sport, venues, and account management.
What I'm looking for
I've supported major live events at Melbourne & Olympic Parks, including the Australian Open, where I coordinated eLearning for 500+ Event Day staff across seven work streams and created precinct and zone management resources with Tennis Australia and Melbourne Park stakeholders.
Across account management and business operations roles at The Signal Group, Pulse Merchandise Solutions, and Cheeta Teamwear, I've owned client relationships, sales pipelines, order-to-delivery operations, system administration, and process improvement. At Cheeta Teamwear, I overhauled incident reporting and helped reduce the incident rate from 13.5% to 2.26%, improving customer experience and reducing reimbursement and remake costs.
I'm completing a Master of Business (Sport Management) and am motivated to bring my operational mindset, stakeholder focus, and experience in high-pressure event environments into sport management opportunities.
