I've also managed patient and financial records, caregiver documentation, billing support, and high-volume healthcare communication at Godly Hearts Home Health Care Agency. My experience at Optum Rx strengthened my focus on prescription-processing accuracy, quality control, patient safety, and HIPAA compliance.

I'm expanding my data skills through the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, building capability in Excel, SQL, Python, data analysis, and data visualization.
