I am seeking a healthcare records role focusing on HIPAA-compliant documentation, data accuracy, workflow improvement, and opportunities to grow in health information management.

I am a detail-oriented professional with an Associate Degree in Computer Technology focused on information systems, SQL, and security. I have hands-on experience managing documentation, inventory records, and electronic records systems while maintaining patient data confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

In warehouse and customer-facing roles I improved documentation processes, resolved data discrepancies, and supported system troubleshooting for record accuracy.
