Tatianna Luhm

I’ve worked at Health Hut as a cashier/stocker/cleaner (oct 2021 - Feb 2024), where I learned “great communication skills, organization skills, and great relationship with friends and co-workers.” I bring a steady, customer-focused approach and take pride in keeping work running smoothly.

As a Cafe Manager (Sept. 2023 – April. 2026), I love working in the environment because it helps me advance in “leadershp, communications, orginization and development on work ethic.” I’m motivated by leading through day-to-day responsibility and building stronger, more effective routines.

Through volunteer experience with ICCC Home Builds & Project Mexico, I contributed to hands-on projects supporting underserved communities—helping with foundation work and framing to painting and final touches. These experiences strengthened my teamwork, perseverance, problem-solving, safety awareness, and ability to stay “organized and effective in high-pressure environments,” aligning with my desire to pursue public service.
