As a Dual Café Manager at Starbucks, I led teams of 20 employees across Burlington and Bedford, using data analysis and in-store observations to improve customer connection and overall store performance. I hired, trained, coached, and developed employees while managing inventory, waste, P&L self-audits, labor needs, and seasonal policies.

I've also managed fresh-food inventory, cost of goods, variance analysis, cleanliness standards, and training completion for 60+ employees. I bring bilingual Spanish and English communication, operational discipline, and a focus on building future leaders.
