Tatianna Hayes

At Compassion Supports, I provide individualized ABA-based behavioral support for clients with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities, delivering one-on-one sessions that build communication, social development, daily living skills, and independence.

I've also supported children and adults through Children's Hospital, High Standard Home Care, New Hope Community, and Sullivan ARC. My work includes behavioral data collection, progress documentation, care coordination, patient support, reception, scheduling, electronic records, and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams.

I'm continuing undergraduate Business Management studies while pursuing long-term growth in the BCBA pathway or healthcare office leadership. I bring reliable morning availability, bilingual English and Spanish communication, and hands-on experience supporting both care delivery and administrative operations.
