Shianne Morvan

I'm delivering one-on-one ABA therapy at AWC Behavioral Health, supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities in home and clinic settings. I implement behavior intervention plans and individualized skill programs, collect behavioral data, and collaborate with BCBAs and families.

Previously at ABA Therapy Solutions, I supported communication, social, play, and adaptive skill development across home, school, and clinic environments. I also mentor newly hired RBTs and contribute to team development.

My earlier healthcare work at HCA Healthcare strengthened my patient care, coordination, documentation, and communication skills. I'm currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and hold RBT, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
