I am seeking a role that allows me to support individuals with developmental challenges while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

I am a Registered Behavior Technician with a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. My experience includes implementing individualized behavior intervention plans and utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to foster positive social skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
