Jenny Portillo
@jennyportillo
Motivated bilingual RBT providing compassionate, data-driven behavior support and skill-building for children.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) focused on compassionate, one-on-one behavioral support through individualized treatment plans. I help clients build communication, independence, and social skills using reinforcement strategies and behavior intervention techniques.
Across pediatric therapy settings, I track daily progress and session data, implement acquisition targets, and maintain accurate progress notes. I’m careful about confidentiality, follow clinical plans, and keep environments clean, safe, and organized.
Before and alongside my RBT work, I supported classrooms as a teacher assistant—helping deliver foundational academic and social skills while adapting instruction to individual learning needs. I’m bilingual, detail-oriented, and currently working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Special Populations.
