Nicoll Florez

At Project Brilliance, I provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision. I implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.

I use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while supporting accurate data collection and documentation.

I'm a Psychology student with customer service experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently or as part of a team.
