I’m looking to lead business growth and contract outcomes in translation services—combining proposal/procurement expertise, strong client management, and operational oversight to deliver measurable revenue and reliable delivery.

I’m a Director of Business Development with hands-on ownership of contract management, proposal writing, and client relations, and I’ve “won over 5 million dollars worth of contracts” for my company. I bring a solutions-first approach—“ensured all contract requirements are met,” delivered “completed monthly reports,” and kept deals moving from pipeline through delivery.

Previously, I served as Managing Director and Director of Operations, where I “manages a team of 4 Program Managers and 7 Project Managers” and oversaw both the translation & interpreting department. I also led “business development and database management,” including government and private industry procurement, corporate teaming arrangements, networking/trade shows, and enterprise software/IT development projects and implementations—always aligning operational execution with business growth.
