I’m excited to join Alorica Inc. in the regular, full-time position of HMH_Tech Support Core Rostering. I’m stepping into a non-exempt, hourly role and I’m committed to performing my job duties reliably and professionally from the start.

My work centers on tech support and core rostering, with clear expectations around onboarding, engagement, and professionalism during the entire process. I’m prepared to complete required contingencies such as signing the relevant agreements, background check verification, and any drug screening that may apply.

I also value compliance and clarity in how work is handled. I understand my role is at-will, and I will follow company policies (including the Employee Handbook and the Global Code of Conduct) as they’re updated, while staying aligned with benefits, PTO, and payroll processes.

Where work-at-home applies, I’m ready to personally perform my duties and keep my employment records current, including state-location expectations where I’m allowed to work. I’m motivated to bring consistency, accountability, and responsiveness to support and rostering responsibilities.
