I seek a customer-support or healthcare-enrollment role (preferably remote) where I can apply HIPAA-compliant member services, team leadership, and project coordination to improve member outcomes.

I am a customer service and healthcare support specialist with extensive remote experience serving members, brokers, and providers while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

At TTEC (Aug 2020–Jul 2025) I managed member enrollment, PCP changes, prior authorizations, scheduling, and worked across 10+ computer systems to process information accurately; at Kelly Connect I was promoted to Mac IT Specialist within six months and later to Team Lead, where I coached, held meetings, and processed payroll.

I bring Medicare & Medicaid knowledge, strong data entry and Microsoft Excel skills, cash-handling and retail experience, and a Google Project Management certification (2024). I seek roles where I can lead teams, improve member outcomes, and streamline operations.
