I've spent more than 20 years delivering healthcare technology, digital transformation, and software programs across provider, SaaS, product engineering, and professional services organizations. My work includes complex EHR/EMR, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and clinical-system implementations using HL7 interoperability.
Previously at PointClickCare, I owned end-to-end New Product Introduction for software solutions, built launch governance, led early-access pilots, and coordinated Product Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support. I was recognized with five Performance Excellence Awards for delivery leadership and business impact.
I bring practical PMO governance, change leadership, vendor management, and data-driven decision-making to complex cross-functional programs. Earlier in my career, I delivered Engineering and IT projects, led Lean process improvements, and managed teams of up to 15 staff.
