What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end digital transformation work, partner with clinical and technology teams, manage risk and change through delivery, and report outcomes clearly to senior leaders and the PMO.

I lead digital transformation projects at VHA Home Healthcare, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating the Digital Project Gating process and post-implementation reviews.

I build stakeholder consensus across clinical, operational, and technology teams, keep risks front-and-center with mitigation strategies, and deliver regular KPI and benefits analysis reporting to senior leaders and the digital PMO.

Earlier, I managed workstreams through the full software development cycle, including UAT and release, and supported change management through training and communications—helping teams move from paper-based workflows to electronic care records.
