I manage workflows, allocate duties, support staff onboarding, and keep records for stock, production, wastage, and operational requirements. I also help reduce waste through portion control, storage, and inventory practices while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.

At Mercury Express Logistics, I received incoming goods, verified quantities and condition against documentation, identified discrepancies, and maintained accurate receiving and inventory records.
