At GSMA, I managed engineering-led POCs and pilots for the United Against Scams programme, including Scam Bot Detection using AI and machine learning. I coordinated delivery with operators, technology providers, academia and internal teams, from defining success criteria through to pilot delivery.
At Vodafone, I led OSS tools, interface and automation delivery, including cross-operator governance with Virgin Media O2 and tooling readiness for live deployment trials. At Virgin Media O2, I managed OSS and RAN automation platforms supporting the Zero-Touch RAN strategy, including C-SON integrations and infrastructure work.
At Piworks UK, I delivered international C-SON and network-optimisation programmes across the UK and Latin America, managing a portfolio exceeding £6 million and more than 30 deployments. My work has also included LTE performance and optimisation for Telefónica O2 UK, Nokia and operator teams, supported by PRINCE2 Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications.
