I am a strategic programme leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex programmes across construction, telecommunications and IT. I lead with customer-focused and empathetic values to nurture teams and drive change.
As Product Owner for ServiceNow SPM, I delivered continual improvement, integrated ServiceNow with Salesforce and Oracle, and aligned processes to enable value-driven decision making. I led major incident and disaster recovery efforts, including restoring terrestrial broadcast services after a 1000ft mast failure affecting millions.
