At Truminds Software Systems, I coordinated work across three hardware vendors, QA, and development/UI teams for a cloud-managed enterprise networking platform. I brought the teams onto a shared way of working, with agreed priorities, visible progress, and defects tracked from discovery to resolution.
I took three quarterly releases from planning through delivery, aligning firmware, QA, and UI across vendors. When priorities changed mid-release, I replanned vendor delivery to absorb the new scope while retaining committed features.
Earlier at Truminds, I led six engineers on embedded router bring-up and built applications for IPSec, hardware encryption, and temperature sensing. I also led a six-person team delivering a 5G O-RAN O1 interface and CBRS Domain Proxy service.
At Nokia, I led the CPRI & Switching team delivering the FrontHaul Gateway, and owned design work from concept through delivery. I started my career as an engineer, contributing to telecom software and later serving as a Scrum Master alongside development work.
