I’m a PRINCE2 & ITIL-certified IT Project Manager with 7+ years delivering complex IT infrastructure and End User Services programmes across global enterprise, financial services, and regulated environments. I bring disciplined PRINCE2/Waterfall governance with Agile execution to keep delivery on scope, time, budget, and quality.
My strongest impact has been transforming networks and endpoints without disrupting critical operations. I directed a Cisco-to-Extreme Networks network estate migration across 130 sites, and led an 800-device wireless refresh across 130+ sites with zero service disruption to end users.

I delivered multi-region identity and password security rollouts to improve user sign-in experience while reducing security exposure, and I drove enterprise vulnerability & patch management to reduce critical exposure backlog across three global regions.
