At LightSpeed Broadband, I designed the wholesale OSS/BSS architecture to TM Forum Open APIs and delivered Ofcom One Touch Switching and the TOTSCo Hub integration on the regulatory deadline. The first customer switched in from another provider the following day.

I built the CI/CD pipeline the team ships through and wrote Python tools to improve geospatial network data quality and support fibre planning. I also wrote the 2025–2028 technology strategy, owned a £3.6M IT budget and chaired the Technology Design Authority.

Across 29 years at BT, I worked in development, architecture, technical pre-sales, delivery and people leadership, including leading teams of up to 40. I still enjoy hands-on engineering, and I’m now consulting independently on e-commerce and marketplace platform strategy, integrations, analytics and automation.
