At HASCO Group, I progressed from Sales & Marketing Manager to Tourism Director, working on tourism sales and marketing, destination development, and stakeholder relationships. I also supported VIP and VVIP visits and coordinated tourism programs involving accommodation, transportation, and catering.
At MSC Cruises, I managed sales and marketing activities, researched market demand, developed leads, and sold cruise services across targeted markets. Earlier, at Vodafone Egypt, I managed corporate accounts and negotiated commercial offers.
My hospitality experience includes selling rooms, F&B, catering, and meeting facilities at Conrad, as well as tourism and diving operations in Hurghada. I’ve also delivered diving instruction through Divemaster level and worked as a tour guide and boat captain.
